How it works
- Simply Submit your
document to Word Write for Success for quotation.
- You will receive a return email within 24 hours which provides a quotation
for the cost of proofreading and editing your document, clearly stating whether your document has been classified as Type 1 or Type 2 (see Services).
- You choose to accept the quotation by reply emailing a ‘Confirmation
of Acceptance’. Our quotation will be based upon a 48 hour return rate, however, should you require a 24 hour return on your document, please indicate this when you reply email your ‘Confirmation of Acceptance’. The 48 hour return period begins at this stage (upon receipt of your email). First time customers will also be required to make a 50% payment in advance at this stage.
- Your completed document will be returned to you, accompanied by an
invoice for the service provided. This can be paid either by electronic
transfer/deposit to our bank account, cash or cheque.
Our quotation is obligation free. We will not proceed with any work on your document until we have received your ‘Confirmation of Acceptance’.
